I use to fish for steelhead right outside of Mom's house on the Little Salmon.  She lives about 1/4 mile above the confluence of Rapid River.  The is a lot of salmon and steelhead caught right there.  If you want to give it a try this fall let me know.  We could even stay at Mom's...

Good salmon fishing is up north of here.  You can go up near stanley (redfish lake), or up by riggins/new meadows (not to far from where we are talking about camping next month) on the salmon river.

Anyone else interested in FREE SQUID?

Ricky, let me know if you're interested in our humboldt squidjugs.  We only want to keep one for a souvenir.  They're pretty wicked.  Yes, we did tear off some arms--but mostof the damage was done by other squids cannibalizing squids that werehooked.   I should have taken more photos, but I was too busybeing sick.  Ryan should have had a camera.

I'm curious what the Salmon fishery is like here in Idaho.  Usedto fish ALOT, but not much since having kids.  I'd love to hooksalmon or steelhead (anything really!), but don't know the waters inID.  I've fished the Owyhee (below the reservoir), & hookednice rainbows/browns there, but haven't been to the S. Fork Boise R.yet.  I'm hoping maybe next year...

46 gallon bow front, black stand, PC lights, $225.  Is not drilled, but I would drill and install overflow for an extra $20.
